The
Escape is a critical vehicle for Ford. As part of its "No Boundaries"
fleet of sporty trucks that includes the range of "E" vehicles
- Explorer, Expedition, Excursion, and Ford still hasn't run out of "E"
names -- it fills the remaining gap in a product area that had gone to
other auto makers for far too lo
Pardon
us if we take a minute to brag. There was this smashing yellow Mustang
gracing the glossy covers of our magazine with a knockout profile in the
centerfold some months ago. We told about the heritage of this legendary
Ford pony car, how it first went nose to nose with GM's snarly Camaro
and -- according to true blooded Mustang aficinados -- came out the unsurpassed
winner.
When
was the last time you looked at a concept car and dreamed? I hope it was
at the last auto show. And you looked - not at the joinery, surface attributes,
chosen materials, but at the underlying process.
